Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Welcome to Café Fortuna. By placing an order through our web store or official channels, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. Products & Pricing
We offer 100% Colombian high-altitude coffee in a single 500 g (1 lb) bag, whole bean or ground. Official pricing is in Colombian Pesos (COP 42,000) and reference in USD 15 for international visitors.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
The domestic rate is COP 15,000 to any destination, with delivery in 24 to 72 hours. International orders to the US, Germany, and Australia are coordinated via WhatsApp.
3. 5-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your parcel arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us on WhatsApp (+57 322 213 9496) within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately replace your coffee at no additional cost. Opened bags are not eligible for direct returns.
Personal Data Processing Policy
In compliance with Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, Café Fortuna informs users of its personal data policies:
1. Purpose of Data Collection
Information requested (name, email, phone, and delivery address) is collected solely for processing orders, coordinating coffee deliveries, providing support, and sharing new harvest announcements when opted in.
2. User Rights (Habeas Data)
Users hold the right to access, update, rectify, and request deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting our WhatsApp (+57 322 213 9496).
3. Confidentiality & Security
Café Fortuna does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for unrelated advertising or commercial purposes.
